Among the soloists were Sevda Alekperzade, Honored Artist of Azerbaijan; Dinara Aliyeva, soloist of the State Academic Bolshoi Theater of Russia and People’s Artist of Azerbaijan; singer and singer-songwriter Ramil Hajiyev; and the BUTA TRIO, conducted by Elman Hasanli.

The Polylog Foundation has launched the “Support for Heroes” program, aimed at providing free dental care to participants in the special military operation and their families

Since February 2022, the Polylog Foundation has been actively supporting the families of military personnel and the participants of the special military operation themselves. One of the key areas of our work is caring for the health of those who defend our homeland.

We have launched a program of free dental care for SMO combatants and their family members. Together with our partner clinics—Trit, Dental Kreativ, Verodent, and TR-Dental—the foundation provides a full range of services: from consultations and diagnostics to complex treatments and prosthetics.

We understand how important it is for someone returning from the front lines to be able to smile freely, speak without pain, and feel confident. This assistance is our small but sincere contribution to making life after service easier and more comfortable.

The Polylog Foundation has launched the “Bereginya” program, aimed at providing free medical care to large families, Heroes of Russia, and single mothers

Under the program, large families, Heroes of Russia, and single mothers will be able to receive free medical care. The initiative is designed to support those who are particularly in need of care and protection: families raising multiple children, women raising children on their own, and those who have been awarded the highest title of Hero of Russia.

“Bereginya” is not only about medical support, but also an important step toward ensuring social stability and confidence in the future for those who form the foundation of our society.

We are convinced that caring for the most vulnerable segments of society is the duty of everyone who strives for a strong and united country.

The Republic of Dagestan Recognized as Russia’s Most Multilingual Region Thanks to the “Polylog” Foundation

On March 25, 2026, at the initiative of the “Polylog” Foundation, a new national record was officially established in Russia: the Republic of Dagestan was recognized as the most multilingual constituent entity of the Russian Federation. Thirty-four distinct languages are spoken in the region.

The record has been confirmed by experts from the INTERRECORD International Record Registration System and entered into the “Russian Book of Records.”

It was the Polylog Foundation that initiated and organized all the preparatory work for registering the record. The impetus for this was the creation of the documentary film “Mountain of Languages” by director Rodion Ismailov, supported by the Foundation.

“This record is an important achievement for the Polylog Foundation. We are proud to have officially documented the unique linguistic diversity of Dagestan. This is a sign of respect for the peoples of the republic and a confirmation of our mission to preserve cultural heritage and strengthen interethnic harmony,” noted Ramil Kerimov, president of the Polylog Foundation.

The event took place as part of the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, proclaimed by President Vladimir Putin, and served as a vivid testament to the fact that Dagestan is a unique space of ethnocultural richness and unity.

Another victory! The film “Mountain of Languages” has won the “For the Good of the World” Award

The film “Mountain of Languages,” produced with the support of the ‘Polylog’ Foundation, has achieved yet another victory. The film took first place in the “Documentary Film” category of the prestigious “For the Good of the World” Award.

This award is particularly significant for us in the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, proclaimed by Decree of President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. The film, which tells the story of multi-ethnic Dagestan—a region of 32 languages and 120 dialects—has become a vivid symbol of interethnic harmony, friendship, and mutual respect.

“Thank you, Dagestan! Thank you, people of Dagestan! Thank you to everyone involved in making this film! This is our shared award,” noted the film’s creators.

The victory of “Mountains of Languages” once again confirms that the themes of unity, the preservation of traditions, and cultural diversity resonate deeply in people’s hearts and receive high public recognition.

The “Polylog” Foundation Announces a Grant Competition for the Preparation of Popular Science Books on the History of Russian Philanthropy: “Philanthropists of Russia: The Origins of Charity”

April 22, 2026 – Moscow. The Polylog Foundation for the Development of Interethnic Relations has announced the launch of a grant competition for the preparation and publication of popular science books dedicated to the history of Russian patronage.

The initiative aims to support authors capable of creating, based on scientific research and archival materials, in-depth, reliable, yet accessible to a wide readership books on the historical phenomenon of Russian patronage, its interpenetrating influence on the development of Russia’s multinational society, and the diverse cultures, religions, and worldviews as a space for mutual spiritual enrichment.

Professional historians—researchers with specialized education or engaged in scholarly work in the field of history, as well as those with published works, including books, on related topics—are invited to participate. An important requirement is not only academic competence but also the potential author’s demonstrated interest in the topic of patronage and the ability to contextualize it within a broad cultural and social framework.

The grant provides funding for the preparation and publication of the three best works, with prize money distributed as follows:

·1st place – 500,000 rubles
·2nd place – 350,000 rubles
·3rd place – 250,000 rubles.

Winners will be selected by a competition committee based on a comprehensive evaluation of the applications.

Key selection criteria include:
— the author’s professional experience and qualifications, as evidenced by academic work and publications;
— the depth and thoroughness of the concept for the future publication (abstracts);
— the originality of the academic approach and the novelty of the research material;
— the author’s ability to work with archival sources and interpret them without distortion;
— the expressiveness of the author’s style and skill in presenting complex historical topics in an accessible manner;
— a balance between scholarly rigor and accessibility to a broad audience;
— the future book’s potential for social and cultural impact.

To participate in the competition, applicants must submit an application via the link by July 30, 2026. As part of the application, applicants must provide links or files to previously published scholarly works and/or books, as well as a free-form abstract of the future work of up to 4,000 characters.

The selection committee will review applications from August 1 to September 15, 2026. The results of the competition will be published on September 16, 2026, on the Foundation’s official website. Contracts with the winners are scheduled to be signed by October 15, 2026. The deadlines for preparing and submitting manuscripts will be determined individually with each grant recipient.

The Polylog Foundation implements projects aimed at developing interethnic dialogue, supporting cultural and educational initiatives, as well as preserving historical heritage and strengthening humanitarian ties. The grant announcement took place during a special screening of the feature film “Oil,” dedicated to the outstanding Azerbaijani patron and pioneer of the oil industry, Haji Taghiyev. Both this screening and the grant competition announced during it—for the preparation of popular science books on the history of Russian patronage titled “Patronage in Russia: The Origins of Philanthropy”—are timed to coincide with the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, declared by Decree of President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin for2026.

Screenings of the films “The Trial of the Aul“ and “Until You Figure Out Simplicity“ were held in Moscow

On April 22, 2026, in honor of the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, screenings of the feature film “The Trial of the Aul” and the documentary “Until You Figure Out Simplicity” took place at the Eldar cinema in Moscow with the support of the Polylog Foundation. The events were part of a cultural program dedicated to the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia.

At the invitation of the Polylog Foundation, the films’ directors attended the screenings:
— Elena Filippova, director of “Until You Figure Out Simplicity”;
— Islam Satyrov, director of “The Trial of the Aul.”

The film “The Trial of the Aul” is a lively comedy about a city blogger who finds himself far from his usual life and undergoes the trial of returning to his roots. Through humor and the contrast between the familiar and the unfamiliar, the film raises important themes—respect for elders, the value of family, and simple human connection.

The documentary “Until You Figure Out Simplicity” offers viewers a deeper, philosophical reflection on traditions, moral values, and human virtues that are preserved and passed down from generation to generation. The focus is on the unspoken code of the konakh: respect, responsibility, and care for others.

The screenings sparked keen interest among the audience and served as a catalyst for discussions on cultural heritage, family values, and the role of traditions in the modern world.

On June 2, 2026, Ramil Kerimov, President of the Polylog Foundation, received a letter of appreciation from a children’s assistance center.

In the letter, the center’s director, Irina Lyudvigova, expressed her sincere gratitude for the consistent assistance and support provided by the Polylog Foundation:

As part of the Year of National Unity of the Peoples of Russia, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on the need to support and preserve the languages and cultures of national minorities. This document underscores the importance of preserving the cultural identity of every people that makes up our multinational country.

In honor of this important event, the Polylog Foundation made a special contribution to promoting Russian philosophers and scholars. Thus, the book by Soviet and Russian philosopher Heydar Jahidovich Dzhemal was translated into Azerbaijani and English. This work not only helps preserve and disseminate knowledge about our great figures but also contributes to strengthening interethnic dialogue and mutual understanding.

In this Year of National Unity, it is important to remember: Russia’s strength lies in its diversity, in its ability to respect and value every culture, every word, and every language. Only by uniting in a chorus of voices can we build a harmonious future for the entire country!

The Foundation’s initiative is linked to the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia and aligns with the government’s policy agenda for preserving the cultural and linguistic diversity of the country’s peoples. This is stated in the Foundation’s appeal to the head of state.

The authors of the initiative request that relevant government agencies be tasked with developing possible legal mechanisms for implementing this proposal. The Foundation believes that such a step will be one of the landmark decisions of the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia.

“Navruz is one of the oldest holidays of the peoples of Eurasia. In ethnographic and journalistic tradition, there is a view that this holiday originated in Altai more than 3,000 years ago, meaning it predates all major religions. In the modern perception, it retains, above all, cultural, natural-calendar, and social significance. For many peoples of Russia, it is associated with historical memory, family tradition, respect for elders, good neighborliness, and cultural continuity,” the statement reads.

The “Polylog” Foundation emphasizes that Navruz should not be viewed solely as a regional or ethnocultural holiday. According to the foundation, its significance is broader: it is associated with the ideas of renewal, peace, harmony, hospitality, and mutual support.

A separate argument cited in the appeal is Russian Federation Government Decree No. 1228-r of May 26, 2026, which approved a plan of measures for implementing the Fundamentals of the State Language Policy of the Russian Federation. The document includes measures for the preservation and development of the state languages of the republics of the Russian Federation and other languages of the peoples of Russia.

The Foundation believes that language, culture, collective memory, and festive traditions form a unified space of national identity. Therefore, the recognition of Navruz at the national level could serve as a continuation of state policy aimed at preserving cultural diversity and strengthening interethnic harmony.

“For a multi-ethnic Russia, such decisions have not only cultural but also socio-political significance. Navruz speaks a language understood by different peoples: renewal, family, respect, peace, and good neighborliness. In the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, recognizing this tradition could send an important signal of respect for the contribution of the country’s peoples to the shared Russian identity,” — noted Ramil Kerimov, head of the “Polylog” Foundation for the Development of Interethnic Relations.

Navruz is celebrated on March 21 and symbolizes the beginning of spring and the renewal of nature. UNESCO classifies it as one of the cultural traditions of many peoples, associated with the values of peace, intergenerational solidarity, reconciliation, and good neighborliness. In 2009, Navruz was inscribed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, and in 2010, the UN General Assembly proclaimed March 21 as International Navruz Day.

Historical Event: Beslan to Get an Alley Named After Agabala Guliyev!

Dear friends, we are proud to share the results of the extensive work carried out by the "Polylog" Foundation. Yesterday, we received an official Resolution from the Assembly of Representatives of the Beslan Urban Settlement. Following our initiative, a section of Gagarin Street has been officially renamed to an alley in honor of the outstanding public figure, industrialist, and philanthropist of the Russian Empire, Agabala Guliyev!

We express our immense and sincere gratitude to the leadership of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the mayor and the entire administration of Beslan, as well as everyone who supported this important initiative to preserve historical memory!

And this is just the beginning! Soon, we will announce the grand opening of the alley and a commemorative bust in honor of the great philanthropist!
